I enjoyed my time here (1 month). I had to relocate for my job or else I would've continued going here. Snake (the head instructor) made everything easy and he has a personable vibe. Maynard and the other instructor (Nick, I think), were also great and never hesitated to correct me in drills, with respect. The sparring partners were also great and the school has a very friendly vibe. There were quite a few students my age so I felt comfortable. I would recommend this school to anyone interested in BJJ.

Great school to learn true Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Gracie Self Defense, Muay Thai kickboxing, and grappling. This is also the best school in the area if you are serious about getting in shape or want to train for the cage fighting. The owner/instructor, Snake, leads by example in his health, fitness and MMA skills. He is a great Instructor with a wealth of knowledge and patience. I highly recommend this school. Please leave all egos at home and bring your true desire for knowledge and fitness. This school trains children and adults.

Great place to train and learn new things every time you walk in the door. I started attending the Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm-9pm classes. Even though I am a beginner, I always feel comfortable to ask a question and the coaches are more than happy to share their broad knowledge.
