Great people. Daughters are learning how to defend themselves. They look forward to going every time. Very pleased. I can’t say enough good things about the instructors and the friendliness of the people that train there, as well as the spectators watching their kids. Plenty of adult and kids classes. Highly recommend. They are about to expand to include more classes. There are plenty of women that train there, so it is a safe place to train. There is also a community class, that is free, for those wanting to check it out to see if it’s for you.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu of the highest quality. The coach is world class and a very kind and patient teacher, capable of adapting his teaching style to fit each individual, this is almost unheard of in the martial arts community, usually it’s a “my way or the high way” style of thought, but Professor Gonzales is a true teacher. I cannot speak highly enough of the gym and team he has built from the ground up. Wether you’re looking for a fun hobby to stay in shape, or are serious about competing at the highest levels, Ralph Gracie Waco has a spot for you. Clean mats Clean bathrooms Clean family environment Top shelf coaching and Team environment 10/10

I have been attending this gym for almost two years now. I have tried multiple kickboxing/MMA style gyms and workout programs and never found the right fit until I first visited Ralph Gracie Waco. They offer a myriad of classes from traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to Muay Thai, Wrestling, No Gi and Grappling. They have a wonderful kid’s program for Jiu Jitsu and wrestling and are very family friendly. They have classes throughout the day so I can always find one to attend even though my work schedule changes frequently. Professor Chris Gonzales and the other instructors are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. The gym provides an excellent learning environment and everyone that attends is respectful and encouraging. Whether you’re interested in Jiu Jitsu, MMA or wrestling, I highly encourage you to attend classes here. This gym will change your life.

Super friendly members, great coaches, and very clean gym. Coach Gonzales met me in person at the gym to get to know my wife and I and introduce himself before we signed up. I was worried that I would have a hard time finding a gym and coach I liked as much as my first one (which I left because I was moving) but I am so grateful that my wife and I found this gym! No one has been judgemental or had big egos. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. Also, all of the members I’ve rolled with so far have been very skilled, which speaks a lot to the quality of teaching here.

Coach Chris Gonzales has created a fantastic atmosphere for learning Jiu Jitsu, Muy Thai, and MMA. His instruction is patient and straightforward for all ages and levels of experience. He has grown a fantastic group of regular attendees that are always welcoming and helpful. I’ve been going for about 10 months now and have learned a great deal and can say that Bjj has changed my life for the better in countless ways. My young daughters have recently started and they love it as well.
