10th Planet Mount Pleasant has built something special. The culture is strong, the coaching is consistent, and the training environment is competitive without being toxic. It’s the kind of room where iron sharpens iron. The instructors break techniques down clearly and make sure students understand the “why,” not just the “what.” There’s a real emphasis on drilling, situational work, and live rounds that translate directly to competition. Great place for kids, teens, and adults who want structure, discipline, and high-level no-gi jiu-jitsu.
My kids train here and I genuinely love this place. 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu has been incredible for my family. It teaches my kids real discipline, confidence, and respect while also giving them the skills to protect themselves if they ever need to. The coaching is patient, structured, and focused on growth, not ego. You can tell they care about developing strong character just as much as technique. I’ve seen a huge difference in my kids mentally and physically since joining. Highly recommend this place to any parent looking to build strong, confident, disciplined kids in a positive environment.
Absolutely love training at 10th Planet Mount Pleasant Jiu-Jitsu! The coaching is top-notch—super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress no matter their experience level. The atmosphere is welcoming and high-energy, with a strong sense of community that makes you want to keep showing up. Classes are challenging, fun, and well-structured, and the level of technique here is legit. If you’re looking to train Jiu-Jitsu seriously while still enjoying the journey, this is the place to be. 🥋🔥
Absolutely love 10th Planet. Tony is an amazing coach and works so well with the kids. My son really enjoys going and has learned about more than just jujitsu but how to be a good human being. Highly recommend!
I was nervous about finding the right environment for my active child, but Tony at Planet 10th made us feel welcome. They offer a great program that allowed my child to feel comfortable. The coaches focus on technique and safety, ensuring kids are paired fairly.
