Milton Bastos

Milton Bastos is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Ricardo "Franjinha" Miller and co-founder of the Ares BJJ association. A former freestyle wrestler from São Paulo, Bastos has earned numerous prestigious titles in both gi and no-gi competitions, including IBJJF World Championships and Pan American titles. After moving to the United States in 2009, Bastos fully dedicated himself to Jiu Jitsu, eventually receiving his black belt in 2010. Known for his well-rounded skills, Bastos has become a respected figure in the Jiu Jitsu community as both a competitor and coach.
