I have been working with Kyle on and off for years. Any time I have any type of injury, or need to hit a new Movement PR He's my Go-to. as a Chiropractor trusting the professionals who work with your body is so key, and I trust him implicitly. Highly recommend, whether you're looking to feel better, move better or just get stronger.

I joined Veritas last May, about 7 weeks after my ACL reconstruction surgery. Kyle and Ben were crucial in creating a personalized training program that complemented my rehab and physical therapy. My goals started with injury recovery to improve my gait and rebuild strength; now, they have shifted to increasing load and pushing my conditioning. Kyle and Ben are both incredibly competent and knowledgeable. Their training is what helped me walk down the aisle 11 weeks after surgery and jump 30 inches tonight.

Veritas Performance is your “go to” regardless of your physical performance needs and goals. Kyle’s knowledge and ability to develop individualized programs, specific to your goals, will get you there. Kyle has created a supportive, family-like, culture that will boost your energy as soon as you walk through the door. I have been coming to Veritas for over a year and am amazed at my physical transformation from Kyle’s program. One conversation/visit with Kyle, and you will instantly recognize this is not your typical gym. Thank you Kyle…now, let’s go!

My son is a High School wrestler who attends Veritas for strength and conditioning training. It has made a huge difference in his strength and overall wrestling this year. He won NH All States this year and Veritas definitely contributed to this accomplishment. Not only does he get strenth and conditioning at Veritas, but he also has gotten rehabilitation help as well when he was injured during his season. Kyle, the owner, is super knowledgeable about his field and he also works great with young athletes with motivation and working through struggles physically and mentally. If you want your athlete to perform better and move to the next level, you need to check it out!!

I've known Kyle since 2015. First as a student of his doing BJJ and now as a client for fitness and strength training. I'm in my 40's. I've had several injuries and surgeries.  The custom programs that Kyle has written for me have been pivotal in helping me recover and staying active. Kyle is excellent at spotting the details in movement and teaching proper form that makes all the difference in recovery, safe training and gaining strength. His team of trainers are excellent as well. Very friendly, supportive and welcoming gym. I Highly recommend Veritas Performance Training!

Frequently Asked Questions

IS THERE A FREE TRIAL CLASS AT VERITAS PERFORMANCE TRAINING?

Yes — we invite all newcomers to try their first class at no cost. Come in comfortable athletic clothing; no experience or equipment needed. Just show up and we'll take care of the rest.

DO I NEED ANY MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE TO START BJJ?

Absolutely not. Veritas Performance Training welcomes complete beginners every week. Our instructors are skilled at meeting students where they are and building foundational technique from the ground up. The first few months are focused entirely on core concepts.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?

For your first visit, athletic shorts and a rash guard or fitted t-shirt work perfectly. Once you decide to train regularly, we'll help you select a gi (the traditional BJJ uniform). We provide all training equipment for new students.

HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN AT VERITAS PERFORMANCE TRAINING?

Most students make strong progress training 2–3 times per week. Our class schedule in New Hampshire gives you the flexibility to fit BJJ around work, family, and other commitments. Consistency matters more than volume, especially early on.

DO YOU OFFER CLASSES FOR KIDS AND TEENS?

Yes. We run structured youth programs for children and teens with age-appropriate curriculum. Kids develop discipline, confidence, and real self-defense skills in a fun, safe environment. Classes are kept separate from adult training.
