True Elevation Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

This is one of the best gyms I've trained at. There are zero egos everyone is friendly and willing to help each other learn. Great gym for beginners and the casual Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.

Since I started going to this gym I’ve been getting my ass kicked 2 to 3 times a week. I also feel like I’ve been learning and progressing immensely since I started this gym. I do think that they should allow people to come to one or two classes for free instead of the $15 drop in fee. However it’s a great community and instruction. They are very not-cult like in the instruction and allow you to wear your own GI and rash guards. However, they do sell both. Only thing that could make this gym better is morning classes on a daily basis.

I joined True Elevation Jiu Jitsu about six months ago after moving to the area, and it has been a fantastic experience. The instructors and students are all very approachable, which made it easy to feel welcome right from the start. The training is both challenging and rewarding, and I’ve learned a lot in a short time. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a great environment to train in. I highly recommend this gym to anyone—whether you’re brand new to jiu jitsu or have years of experience.

My son and I have been attending bjj classes here for a couple of years now and we both couldn’t be happier. The coaches are outstanding and really great people who make it not only rigorous but also fun. They are extremely encouraging, knowledgable, and dedicated and do a great job of stressing safety - Ive seen very few injuries. The culture they’ve created is very inclusive so that people of all walks of life feel welcome. The students are all fantastic people and very friendly (there is very low turn over). It definitely has a more laid back feel than other schools I’ve attended but still has the seriousness to support even the most competitive athletes. I would recommend TE to anyone who wants to give bjj a try.

The instructors (Joe,Jess,Chris and anyone I’m missing )are patient, down to earth people who understand that not everyone is on the same wave length. These guys/girls are incredible at what they do, and they make you feel comfortable while learning an amazing talent that could not only be used to protect yourself and your family! I highly recommend True Elevation BJJ to anyone wanting to learn….you’re never too old or too young with this academy. Also They have a great Kids BJJ class as well. So you and your family can learn and grow together!
