Walking into Triforce as a woman with zero background in this sport was honestly intimidating at first, but from day one, they made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. Every coach and member has been incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging. No egos, no judgment, just people who genuinely want you to learn and succeed at your own pace. Questions are welcomed, fundamentals are explained clearly, and no one ever makes you feel out of place for being new. Triforce has created an environment where beginners and especially women can show up, learn, and grow with confidence. Iβm so grateful I found this place.
My son has been at Tri-Force MMA since he was 6 years of age, he is almost 12 and he improved so much! All the coaches are excellent, respectful, friendly, patient, certified, well trained and love to work with kids, they have a curriculum to follow and practice different dynamics, kids never get bored. Most importantly, Pete Jeffrey is always there making sure everybody is safe and having fun working out, plus he teaches at every level! They are always making improvements at the facility. My experience with my son has been 100% positive and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn self defense, workout, and even start to participate at tournaments! Thank you Tri-Force for teaching my son not only how to defend himself, but also values!
This gym is unparalleled in training techniques and community. I've been pushed mentally and physically, all while having the time of my life, and am absolutely better for it! Everyone here is always willing to help and even meet early or stay late to continue training. Classes are always accommodating to someone completely new or with 10 years experience - which seems like it would be a tough thing to balance. I also love all the different times classes are offered, which helps with my constantly changing work schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!
I have been training here for a year now and have found this amazing environment to grow and learn in. The coaches and training partners I have worked with in my time here have helped me discover my strengths and weaknesses so that I can keep getting better and better. The coaches are full of wisdom so pick their brain and have funπ€πΌπ₯ ππΌ
My first time there just to see what it was about.i liked what I seen. But what I was really impressed with was the trainer instructor with the kids. The patience and tone he had was very impressive. I hope with my age and health they can help me improve my over all being. Also the hrs if you work nights like I do. These hrs just might fit your schedule. And the staff was pretty down to earth and helped as much as they can. They could've just say where closing in 15min and come back tomorrow but took the time showed me around the facility and answered my questions and gave me a solid advice. And for that I thank you. With all my heart.
