I love this gym! The classes are GREAT and varied so I don't get bored. The trainers are so knowledgable and nice (especially Kjell! I LOVE her classes). It's always clean and the equipment is great. All I want in a gym is here!

I love this gym. I’ve been to a lot of gyms and I can say that this one is the best hands down. I am getting personal attention and classes that I love. Lots of variety and availability. Everyone is very nice and respectful. No pressure gym but challenging for all levels if wanted. Coaches are actually visible and available. Children and families are welcome. Old school gym with high tech equipment and knowledge. Every age, gender, shape and size will feel Welcome and part of the gym in-circle!!!! Good atmosphere!

IS THERE A FREE TRIAL CLASS?
Yes! Come try your first class at Sports Performance Academy free of charge. We want you to experience the training before making any commitment.
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE TO START?
No experience is necessary. We have a dedicated beginner program that teaches you BJJ fundamentals from day one.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?
Athletic shorts and a t-shirt are perfect for your first visit. Once you join, most students train in a gi.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
Aim for 2-3 sessions per week to develop your skills at a healthy pace. Regularity is what drives long-term growth in BJJ.
DO YOU HAVE CLASSES FOR KIDS?
Sports Performance Academy offers youth BJJ programs that teach children self-defense, focus, and resilience in a fun, safe setting.
