So sad they are closing. Really loved this place and the technique focused classes. Especially loved Shane, Gary, and Danny as instructors. Hoping they can find a new place and come back.

This gym is amazing! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the owner loves answering any questions you have about the space, since he puts a lot of care into it. I’ve tried some other fitness classes in the area (like yoga), but Redline’s atmosphere was the most fun and inclusive. The head boxing coach trained people for the Olympics, so the teachers are extremely knowledgeable. The people in my classes are also pretty nice and they motivate me to work hard and put in my best effort!

I've been a member at Redline for about two years, and it's hands down the best gym (martial arts or otherwise) that I've ever been a part of. The community is warm and welcoming to everyone, regardless of their martial arts background or level of expertise. There are classes in a variety of styles and levels, so anyone can find something they love and feel confident (and challenged!) in -- whether that's kickboxing fundamentals or sparring or something in between. I've developed so many wonderful relationships since joining the Redline community; just walking through the door is bound to put a smile on my face, no matter how bad a day I've had. My martial arts background is in a completely different style, but the instructors at Redline have done a phenomenal job of training me up on the basics and encouraging me to thrive -- every instructor here is skilled, not only at their craft, but also at coaching students across a variety of abilities. They're good people and good teachers. Also, the gym always looks and smells clean, which no small feat given how much we sweat! (Seriously, I didn't know I could sweat so much before I joined Redline, it's amazing)

Tried one class and stayed here ever since. This is how good this gym is. Try it out yourself and you will know what I mean. The staff here are incredibly amazingly extraordinary people, they’re caring, friendly, and professional. Shout out to Josh, Brandy, Shane*2, and literally everyone who works here, thank you all for making me feel like home 🥰 would recommend to anyone thinking of getting in shape/practice boxing.

I have been coming here for around a year and to say they have world class training would be an understatement. I have wrestled and trained MMA for years. My striking skills and overall strength has never increased so fast as it has with Vincent (boxing/fighter coach) training. Cannot recommend it enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO START TRAINING BJJ?

Not at all! REDLINE Fight Sports welcomes complete beginners. We offer introductory classes specifically designed to teach the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment. Everyone starts somewhere, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?

For your first visit, comfortable athletic wear such as shorts and a rash guard works perfectly. Once you train regularly, you'll want a gi (BJJ uniform). We train gi here — our coaches can point you toward the right gear.

IS THERE A FREE TRIAL CLASS?

Yes! We encourage you to try a class before committing. Contact REDLINE Fight Sports to schedule your complimentary intro class and experience our training environment for yourself.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN AS A BEGINNER?

Most beginners see strong progress training 2-3 times per week. Consistency matters more than volume early on. As your conditioning improves, many students increase to 4-5 sessions per week.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LESSONS?

REDLINE Fight Sports offers private one-on-one instruction for students looking to accelerate their progress. Sessions are tailored entirely to your goals. Contact us to schedule.
