Excellent coaching by Blake, Jenson, and Micah. Blake assessed my current physical condition and my goals and developed a tailored, personalized training plan for me (I am a senior). They are very encouraging and keep it FUN while pushing you. The exercises are mixed every week, so nothing gets stale. I am SO PLEASED with the results / gains in the two months since starting. My normal exercise is endurance cycling and the strength training from Parado Training has noticeably improved this too. Lastly, my nearly 100 yo dad has also started training with Parado and the results are amazing (see pic)!

I’ve trained with Blake many years ago when I was an athlete in high school. He got me to be the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. Fast forward to 10 years later…I started a business, had two kids, and completely put my health and fitness on the back burner. Starting from the bottom was going to be tough, but I knew that going to Parado Power was the only place that could get me where I wanted to be. I’ve trained with Blake, Micah, and Jensen and they are all extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and friendly! They know how to challenge you while keeping you safe. It doesn’t matter your age or level of fitness, they will completely customize a plan for you. As for the gym itself- very clean, great vibes, and TONS of FREE parking. I can’t thank Parado Power enough for not only helping me to reach my goals but also helping me feel like myself again!

I’ve done semi-private training in SF, NYC, and Honolulu, and Parado Power Training is easily the best experience I’ve had. What I love most about Parado is that even though it’s semi-private my workouts are still personalized to my strength and goals. At other semi-private training gyms, I’ve noticed everyone just does the same program. The coaches, Blake, Jensen, and Micah will definitely push you and won’t let you slack, but they are also just fun and kind people I like being around and talking story with. The space is big, airy, and super clean too. Highly recommend if you’re serious about getting stronger 💪

It's been about six months since I started semi-personal training sessions, and while my original goal coming into it was to "gain muscle," I gained SO much more than that. Before Parado Power, I was comfortable lifting weights, but underestimated how much I could do. Pound by pound, the coaches would gradually add to my load and quickly I came to realize, "Heck yeah, I can do a lot more than I thought!" Shoutout to Blake and Jensen! To Blake, who, although graduated from Roosevelt (ew, I say as a McKinley grad), has excellent taste in gym music and runs a tight ship. And to Jensen, whose step-by-step guidance helped me grow stronger, and kept me motivated, even through grueling lunges and lifts. To anyone who wants to gain confidence in the gym, and really confidence overall, check 'em out. If I had three thumbs, I'd give them three thumbs up.

Highly recommend this place. It's like a boutique gym, light with natural air flow, happy dog faces painted on the walls, equally happy and upbeat owners and trainers, and only a limited number of clients per session. I went to Parado Power on a friend's recommendation, motivated by a desire to improve my pickleball game. My trainers made a plan just for me and my fitness level, designed to help me attain my goals of greater body integration, coordination, flexibility and strength. They showed me how to do movements properly and safely, and supervised my 'technique' to help me get results. I'm an older person and never knew training could be so fun - I really feel the endorphins flowing after each workout. My mind and body feel rewarded both on and off the PB courts, and this is after just a month of semi-private training. Parado Power is clean, upbeat without loud music, it has plenty of equipment so your workout can be varied (never knew I'd love throwing a medicine ball!), and there's validated parking. I think it's a particularly good choice for those who are newer to fitness or want to get back in and could use some supervision - you'll feel welcome and can be confident you're in good hands. Special thanks to my trainers Blake and Jensen.
