About Nostos MMA And Conditioning Facility
At Nostos MMA And Conditioning Facility, we are dedicated to sharing the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the New Hampshire community. Our academy provides a structured, welcoming training environment for students at every stage — from first-timers stepping on the mat for the very first time to experienced grapplers sharpening their competitive game.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-based martial art that uses leverage, timing, and technique to neutralize larger, stronger opponents. Whether your goal is self-defense, physical fitness, stress relief, or stepping onto the competition podium, BJJ offers one of the most complete and rewarding martial arts paths available. Our class offerings include Child, Adult, covering a range of skill levels and training goals.
We take pride in our coaches' ability to break down complex techniques into clear, learnable progressions. Our curriculum is built to give students a strong fundamental base before introducing more advanced positions and finishing sequences. Training here means joining a community that genuinely supports one another on and off the mat.
If you're curious about BJJ and want to experience it firsthand, come in for a free trial class. Nostos MMA And Conditioning Facility is located in New Hampshire, New Hampshire, and our doors are open to anyone ready to start their grappling journey.

If you’re working, have a family, and find it hard to make time for the gym, try the early morning classes. We roll from 5:30–6:00, followed by a short lesson from 6:00–6:30, then more rolling from 6:30–7:00. You’re welcome to show up or leave anytime that fits your schedule. It’s an awesome way to start the day with a great group of guys. The classes are run by Ted, Steve, and Mike. They do a great job and will be happy to spend time with you whether it’s your first day or you’ve been training for years.
Genuinely one of the best MMA gyms I have ever been too. Doesn't matter your skill level. Extremely welcoming, safe, and clean. Phenomenal group of people.
Quickly became the biggest source of happiness, motivation and pride in my life. Regardless of if you are a life long athlete or haven't worked out in years, martial arts is a perfect way to work on yourself and achieve goals. Working out here I sweat more than I have playing football or rugby in the summers and I learn skills and improve every day. The whole team is incredible and everyone is happy to help anyone if they are struggling with a technique. They even offer private lessons for more personalized instruction. If you've ever wanted to try boxing or jiu Jitsu come on down and give it a try!
Our kids have been training here in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for the past 4 years. We can't say enough about the professionalism of the coaches, and the family atmosphere at the gym. Our kids have leaned so much more than just these disciplines-- they have been encouraged in so many more aspects of life. We are grateful for Nostos MMA!
I came for a drop-in while visiting from Canada and loved the place. Gi class was well structured and people were very kind at the open mat. I'd recommend to anyone who happens to be in town!

Yes — we invite all newcomers to try their first class at no cost. Come in comfortable athletic clothing; no experience or equipment needed. Just show up and we'll take care of the rest.
DO I NEED ANY MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE TO START BJJ?
Absolutely not. Nostos MMA And Conditioning Facility welcomes complete beginners every week. Our instructors are skilled at meeting students where they are and building foundational technique from the ground up. The first few months are focused entirely on core concepts.

Most students make strong progress training 2–3 times per week. Our class schedule in New Hampshire gives you the flexibility to fit BJJ around work, family, and other commitments. Consistency matters more than volume, especially early on.
