At Modern Era Warriors, we offer America's premier integrated warrior training in Ranson, West Virginia. Founded by Dennis Stoika — a career FBI supervisory special agent, deputy sheriff, U.S. Marine, and author of 'The 1% Warrior' — we combine Commando Krav Maga, Combat Submission Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, NRA firearm courses, functional fitness, and high-performance coaching into a single, cohesive training system.

Our philosophy is built around real-world effectiveness: every technique we teach has been tested under stress and pressure, not just on the mat. We serve students who want to be genuinely prepared — physically, mentally, and tactically — for life's challenges.

Dennis was the instructor for my two teenage girls. My eldest was moving to New York, and I can tell you without a doubt Dennis will prepare you for self defense. Yes. We offer online programs through Modern Era Warriors University including the 6-Week Self-Defense Challenge, kettlebell and sandbag courses, and the Inner Circle Mastermind coaching program.

Yes. We offer a women-only 6-week reality-based self-defense program available both online and in person.
