Miller Martial Arts is hands down the best—and honestly the only place—you should send your kids if you want them learning real, practical self-defense. They focus on striking (Muay Thai) and grappling (BJJ), and that's all you need to be better than 99% of people out there. The coaches are some of the strongest leaders you'll find for boys and young ladies alike. Black-belt-level instruction starts from age 4 and up. My son started when he was four or five, and now he's closing in on nine. I still remember his first trial class—months later, he was a completely different kid. He knew every warmup drill cold and was even helping the instructors demo stuff for the other students. The confidence boost is unreal. He's already had real-world moments standing up to kids his age, and he rolls with much older and bigger opponents, giving them more than they bargained for. Don't let your kid be the one who's nervous, frozen, or clueless in a confrontation. The coaches at Miller treat every kid with respect, but they hold them accountable on the mats—no nonsense, just real growth. Beyond self-defense, your kid picks up solid social skills mixing with peers. Young guys get positive male role models; young ladies build serious confidence and courage. My son has made great friends here and found mentors who'll probably influence him for life. I'm seriously grateful for that. The only thing I would improve would be a bigger space—sometimes it gets a little crowded during peak classes, which means more kids on the mats and a crowded parking lot. They make up for it big time with classes almost every day of the week, plus private lessons are available that are insanely valuable. Want to compete? They'll drive hours to tournaments and coach your kid right there at sponsored events. Don't wait on this. I couldn't give a more full-throated, from-the-heart endorsement. Get your kids in there—you'll thank yourself later.

About 1.5 years ago I started training here in Muay Thai as a 38 year old single mom. I had never done anything like this before. Some of my training partners are training for upcoming fights or competitions, but I have other goals. Rebuilding from past abusive relationships, it has been so healing to do this body work which touches emotional and psychological healing as well. My confidence has grown immensely and I am becoming strong in new ways. Coach Amun and Coach Cole bring their passion to create a comprehensive training environment where I have to bring my discipline, but they pave a way for any skill level to build and improve. I feel supported and empowered here. When my kids have to tag along, they get to watch me face my fears and learn how to feel safe in my body again. I am so thankful for Miller Martial Arts and the very skilled staff who set the tone for this place that has been so important for my growth.

World class coaches. With a small local community. UFC vet Cole Miller keeps us updated with real world Fight knowledge on what what works along with a team of passionate martial arts that love what they do. The first day I walked in, I knew this would be home. Best group of guys weather you are competing, want self defense or character development, there is a place for you. Amun Cosume has been a valuable asset and mentor for both the kids and adults sharing his knowledge and experience in life and in the ring. With one on ond individualized attention to help you reach your full potential. There is a wide variety of specialists from Professor Johns judo and pro wrestling, Shanes catch wrestling and top pressure. The wealth of knowledge from the higher belts like Coach Caleb, and Tim are developing the younger generation. My only regret is that I didnt discover this place sooner.

Miller martial arts and American Top Team have been amazing, coach Tim and coach Moon are great with the kids. Our kids love it and look forward to class each week. The adult Muay Thai is just about the best time you can have legally if you like getting punched in the face. Not to mention the fact that it’s ran by Cole Miller, just watch the highlight reels on YouTube and you will understand why it’s a win 10/10 recommend!

I'm so glad that I found this gym! The coaches are all fantastic and are able to really break things do so it's easy to learn. I would and have recommended this gym for anyone wanting to learn how to protect yourself, gain self confidence and test yourself physically and mentally.
