The best place on the island I have found to train whether your looking to lose weight/get in shape, learn self defense, or compete in tournaments. They have a family friendly environment with BJJ classes 7 days a week, Insanity classes, Yoga, and Muay Thai Kickboxing.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO START?

No prior experience needed. We love working with beginners and have a structured program to get you started.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first visit. Regular students train in a gi (kimono) or no-gi attire.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

Two to three times per week is a great starting point. Consistent practice is the most important factor in BJJ improvement.

DO YOU OFFER YOUTH PROGRAMS?
