Great gym! Has old school vibes and an amazing selection of equipment. Leg machines for days and sweet prime equipment! Would highly recommend.

I have been to many gyms in my fitness life and this is one of the best places! The vibe is amazing the staff is so helpful the members are so friendly! This is truly the Mecca of bodybuilding but welcomes all fitness levels! Run don’t walk to this amazing facility!!

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO START?

No prior experience needed. We love working with beginners and have a structured program to get you started.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first visit. Regular students train in a gi (kimono) or no-gi attire.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

Two to three times per week is a great starting point. Consistent practice is the most important factor in BJJ improvement.

DO YOU OFFER YOUTH PROGRAMS?

Iron Hawaiian Fitness offers BJJ classes for children that build character, discipline, and practical self-defense skills in a fun atmosphere.
