Huard's Ju-Jitsu & Karate

My journey at Huard's started 12 years ago at age 46. Along the way I've learned so much about myself and have become a better person in all areas of my life. Martial arts teaches us to break down our personal barriers and expand our minds. The skilled teachings of the ancient techniques along with most current forms are taught in a personal and professional manner. I would recommend Huard's as a great place to improve or enhance your life.

Weve had our kids in many different activities throughout the year, but nothing has enriched and bettered our childrens lives more than Huards. My daughter enthusiastically practices at home without being asked (a first in our home) she loves being on a class but also that if she really works at it that it can show in her belt progression. We see a very happy girl when we pick her up from karate and she has a new stripe on her belt that she earned all on her own. If you're child learns self defense we feel it's a life skill that you really couldn't put a price on. What better activity to sign your child up for.

I have been affiliated with Huard's for over 40 years and they have trained 3 generations of my family. Huards has been training children and adults alike for 51 years and has improved the lives of thousands of kids and adults. They offer positive influences for all ages as well as physical and self defense techniques. Master Huard and his highly trained instructors are some of the best in the martial arts circuit. I could not imagine training any where else.

Very knowledgeable in the arts. Friendly atmosphere. I'm 45. Started last June in the MMA class. I can't believe how far I've come on my personal journey. My wife sees a change in my over all attitude. I feel happier inside. Before I had a lot of anger always trying to fight someone. Now I'm just more laid back. less anger more happiness. Not to mention I'm progressively better than I was when I started. However I really love the ju jitsu aspect. Shihan mike and the sensei's is the absolute nicest. Always willing to talk or give advice on life in general. Awesome mentors.

I’ve been with the Dojo for 13+ years, starting at the age of 4-5. Growing up with Karate in my life has influenced me in more ways than I can count, teaching me control, respect, and responsibility. You aren’t just learning with other students, you’re growing together as a family.
