I dropped into Grind BJJ Monday after hearing about it online. I am staying in the area for the week and Jason and his crew were very welcoming. I ended up training the whole week with these guys. They are so tough at every belt level, across the board. No McDojo here, if you want tough rounds and real technical jiu jitsu this is the place to come to. I am so impressed with their attitude, work ethic, technique, physicality, and their humility. They were just so good by every metric, this is the true spirit of jiu jitsu. What an incredible week at Grind BJJ THANK YOU!!!

Dropped in for a session while on a short work trip from the Philippines. I appreciate Professor Jason and the guys for welcoming me. I had fun sparring with them, and the drills were really helpful for me. I can tell they have a great culture and would come back if given the chance.

I had a great time training at Grind! The skill level is high, the people are great, and the coach, Jason, was top notch.

I’ve trained at a lot of places and this might be one of my favorite spots. Great coaches, good dudes and better vibes! Very impressed with the students’ technique too!! Highly recommended for new folks and the more experienced!

Total beginner, never boxed before and felt completely out of my element. Jason was the coolest, made me feel super comfortable while giving me a great workout. It was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this gym and I can’t wait for my next private session!
