About Graciefighter Caribou (BJJ and Boxing)

At Graciefighter Caribou in Northern Maine, we bring real martial arts — proven effective in real situations — to Aroostook County under the Cesar Gracie Jiu-Jitsu lineage. Our school is led by Sean Cerveny, an undefeated professional MMA fighter and Cesar Gracie BJJ black belt, alongside brown belt Grace Cerveny. Our instruction is rooted in authentic technique built for results, whether your goal is MMA competition, sport BJJ, fitness, or personal self-defense.

We prepare students for whatever the mat — or life — demands. Our curriculum covers Adult Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, Wrestling, and Fitness and Conditioning, providing a complete martial arts education that develops the whole athlete.

Been training at this location for over 7 months and it has been a great transition from my old gym. If you're looking for real martial arts, to get in shape or looking into a new hobby, this place is perfect for you. Sean and Grace are amazing representatives of Jiujitsu and are honorable like none I've meet before. Jiujitsu is for everyone, but it is intense and demanding in ways you won't find anywhere else.

Just moved to Maine and had a wonderful gym back home in Texas, so to say the least, finding a quality gym was high priority. My coach recommended Sean's school and BOOM the rest is history. The instructors are kind, informative, and fun to be around. If you’re in the area, couldn’t recommend them more!

My son has been coming here for the past four months for boxing. Coach Sean is great working with the kids. My son has learned tremendous amount from Sean from technique to self discipline. My son looks forward to classes every Tuesday and Thursday. Recommend anybody adult or youth that wants to get into boxing to come and visit the gym.

I just had my first class at GracieFighter in Caribou. It was an incredible experience. The owners are amazing people, they are a great couple. Everyone there was very patient and encouraging. Day one you will feel welcomed and part of an amazing group of supportive and fun people. The coaching and training is top notch. As others mentioned we are lucky to have a Jiu Jitsu available in Northern Maine.
