Reviews
We are Carol and Ron…..our grandchildren have both attended Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Victor. We are so thrilled at the progress that has been made by both children. Our granddaughter, Zoey, has been attending since the age of 5 and is now13 years of age and doing amazingly well. She also assists Sensei with the smaller children’s class. This is a great program for anyone to consider sending their children to. They will learn great skills physically, socially and emotionally. Thank you John, Chris, et al! ❤️ 🥋
One of the best things I have done for myself and my family. Don’t pass on this opportunity to help develop your children’s self esteem, discipline, physical strength and confidence. And by the way the same applies to adults. I’m 45 years old and I am more than physically capable for the curriculum. I’ve trained in several gyms in my years. This one is well rounded and allows for all levels of training. Please don’t feel for a second that if you’re not ready for the UFC that you will feel out of place. They are friendly and welcoming to all skill levels. I’ve trained in multiple gyms in my life. Some that look like they came out of a rocky movie and some that I thought were awesome. This gym is the cleanest and most modern gym I’ve ever been in. It’s like a new facility. Take the gift of a 10 day trial. You’ll be surprised at how you feel. Is is a 10 out of 10 opportunity.
Passionate, encouraging, and welcoming! We started Mat Munchkins at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu about a month ago and my son absolutely loves it. The coaches are excellent, the environment is clean, and the classes are fun and interactive. Such a positive experience — highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive place for their kids to learn and grow!
The instructors are equal parts motivating, inspiring, and educating. The classes are small enough to be get individual attention, but diverse enough to pair skill levels for all that attend. There is class availability for the most demanding of schedules. There is a true sense of community and comradery, the desire for the individual's success is palpable throughout the building, from the owner to instructors, and fellow students.
Great instructors. Great program. Can't say enough about UMAC. Gracie Juijitsu is amazing for self defense and it's a fantastic program that my daughter and I both enjoy. John and the other instructors are incredible. Very nice, focused on making sure you're doing the techniques effectively and the Gracie program is the best curriculum for the most effective martial art there is. And it comes with GracieUniversity.com so you can review everything at home.
