I had a great experience visiting Gracie Barra Sorrento Valley. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy on the mats. The students are welcoming, motivated, and truly represent what the Gracie Barra culture is all about. Professor Amit is an excellent instructor and a true leader. You can clearly see his passion for teaching and developing students, both on and off the mats. All instructors are certified through Gracie Barra’s Instructor Certification Program (ICP), which really shows in the structure, safety, and quality of the classes. Their kids program is exceptional, well organized, engaging, and focused on building confidence, discipline, and respect. The adult program is just as strong, offering high level instruction in a supportive and professional environment for all levels. Fantastic school, awesome instructors. Very keen on teaching proper moves and etiquette. Kids’ classes are very fun and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone should give it a try!

Visiting blue belt here. Professor let me come try out the gym and it was a great time. Very friendly bunch of members. Professor was very welcoming. Belt standards seemed legit. Would totally come be a member myself except I don't want to buy the Gracie Barra Gi & Rash guard which are required for all members.
