Was in town for the weekend and had the pleasure of training at the gym! Everyone was super welcoming and beyond friendly! Clean mats, showers, and amazing jiu jitsu! Got a ton of great rounds in plus tips to help improve my game! Isaiah colten and rich were all class acts! Highly recommend!!!

We are a military family that came up to the Fredericksburg area for the long weekend. From the second we walked into the door, we felt welcome. The atmosphere and culture created by the individuals at this gym are palpable and contagious. We brought our 7 year old the second time we visited, and they were even more accommodating - during an open mat. As a beginner, the training was so beneficial. Every roll was safe, technical, and respectful. As a military family, it’s tough to find places that feel like “home.” If we lived in this area, we would be here as much as possible. Thank you so much for the opportunity to train and experience something great! I’m sure we’ll be stopping by next time we’re in the area.

I dropped in at the recommendation of a buddy, while I was visiting in the area! Holy cow, I’m glad I did! I was immediately met by the entire instructor cadre with smiles, handshakes and a warm welcome. The entire class was equally as welcoming! The Instruction was top notch. Had a way of breaking down technique so a dumb dumb like me could understand! They had students of every ability level and actually asked about any injuries before rolling. I only wish I was in the area long term so I could make it my home gym!
