Fantastic. Extremely welcoming atmosphere and overall chill vibe. Was shocked at how well everyone got along and truly wanted to help each other grow in the sport. Jeff (the owner) is a great guy and knows his stuff. He built a pretty cool culture here. My favorite part is that most of the upper belts are patient with the whites and will let them "work" for a while during live rolls. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent gym! Great competition for all skill levels. Welcoming and professional. If you haven’t tried BJJ this is a great place to start! Jeff Mitchell runs a great place!

Have not officially started here yet but I can tell you I am very big on first experiences. I did a trial class last year and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. In comparison to other Bjj schools in the area, I would say that the owner here is the most humble and caring of his students. There were one or two other schools in town I took off my list of consideration just because of the genuine vibe in which you experience from coming here.

Awesome place to learn BJJ both at the basic and advanced level. The people are very helpful towards beginners and Jeff is a great instructor! Would recommend to anyone looking to get healthier, both physically and mentally.

I travel to many different BJJ gyms, and I must say this gym is the real deal. They've had UFC guys train there. Their instructors have World titles, and the vibe is incredible. A good mix of males and females and an overall great spot. Highly recommend dropping in to try them out.
