This husband and wife team and their facility are exactly what I was looking for. Coach Anthony has worked hard with my family to train my son in boxing, but more importantly he makes him feel strong, and proud, and CONFIDENT. Our family looks forward to the years to come. We highly recommend Combat Fitness.

CombatFitness isn’t just a gym; it’s my family! Finding a community, becoming your best self, and having a great time—that's what CombatFitness, a true pillar of Vermont, means to me. I trained in boxing, BJJ, kickboxing, and MMA for a year while balancing college. All the classes and coaches were amazing, encouraging, and inclusive. I then worked specifically with Coach Anthony, getting vetted for boxing. This took me two tries because Anthony prioritized my safety. I passed my vetting after a year with flying colors, earning a spot in the best sparring crew. They weren't just exceptional in technical ability and culture, but also as truly great people. I've made lifelong friends, inexplicably linked no matter how far or how long I'm away, thanks to the time we spent in the ring. In 2024, I fought in the TriState Golden Gloves, making it to the Tournament of Champions in Lowell, Massachusetts—a 2,000-person venue. This is an accomplishment and cherished memory I'll hold onto for the rest of my life, a testament to the challenge I met and the incredible support from everyone at the gym! Whether you're looking for something fun, a supportive community, an intense workout, or a technical gym to make your competition debut, CombatFitness is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough!

I started boxing here. Coach Anthony and Tristan are amazing, and you can’t ask for better coaches. Everyone is friendly, and we all have good fun. Plus it is competitive!

Combat Fitness and the entire coaching staff are top notch. This is more than a gym, this is a community that you will become a part of and have forever. An excellent place to train, learn a new sport, and push yourself to be better.
