Craig is by far the best personal trainer that I have worked with. As a long time athlete I have had exposure to many 1:1 trainers. Craig is very intuitive and knows when to push me and when to pause. His training style keeps me engaged and makes the time fly. He’s also extremely good at dealing with injuries. The gym has a great vibe and all the other trainers are supportive as well. I highly recommend CDA 1:1.
Would definitely recommend! An amazing place . DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO START?
No experience is necessary. BJJ is designed to be learned from scratch, and our beginner-friendly classes will get you started safely.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?
For your first class, comfortable athletic wear is fine. Once you train regularly, we recommend investing in a gi (uniform).
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
We recommend 2-3 classes per week to start. Consistent training is key to progress in BJJ.
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES FOR KIDS?
Yes, CDA FITNESS 1 ON 1 offers kids' classes that build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in a safe environment.
