Reviews
My two daughters decided to try it and my youngest was like a fish in water. My oldest was scared but they were very patient, understanding, and now she is incredibly excited about it. They love it and can't wait until their next session. Coaches are incredibly nice and every staff member was very sweet and nice.
As someone who has trained my entire life, grew up in sports, and thrives on hard work and teamwork, finding the right gym was incredibly important to me. After a major setback cutting all the tendons in my dominant hand in half and stepping away from training while raising two kids, I felt like I had lost a huge part of myself. On a friend’s recommendation, I walked into Campeão United… and it has truly been life-changing. From day one, I knew this place was different. The coaches are top-notch. Their knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense is exceptional, but what really sets them apart is how they teach. They’re not just showing techniques they’re building you into a machine. They meet you where you are and push you to become better every single session. The facility itself is outstanding, but what really separates Campeão United from other gyms I’ve heard about is the atmosphere and the people it attracts. Every member wants to be there. Everyone wants to grow and more importantly, they want to help you grow. Yes, this is a combat sport. You will be challenged. You will be humbled. And if you don’t tap, you’ll get put to sleep. But there’s zero ego. No macho mentality. No one is trying to hurt you just to prove a point. The higher belts could absolutely break you but instead, they guide you, teach you, and support you. It’s all about support, support, support. This gym helped me rediscover that missing sport in my life. It’s been eye-opening, humbling, and incredibly rewarding. Walking into Campeão United was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. If you’re considering starting BJJ this is the place.
My 7 year old just joined (last few weeks) and is beyond excited. The Campeao team is excellent. He started with the idea of attending twice per week but he asks to go everyday! The gym is great with a big variety of coaches and ages. It seems well set up for all ages and all skill levels.
The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about every student’s progress. The environment is welcoming and respectful, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Great training, great people, and an awesome place to learn and grow!
Love this place! Great small group lessons. Definitely gets you heart rate going.
