I’ve been training here for a little over a year, and it’s been amazing. Inviting atmosphere, and all the coach’s are knowledgeable and passionate about the sport. BJJ and Striking isn’t easy, but nothing worth doing is. Coach Anthony is a Black belt and owner of the gym. He is up front with pricing and what the gym has to offer. No gimmicks or fluff, just honesty and integrity. He’s the real deal, watching him roll and hit the bag is very impressive. You can see the passion, and the dedication he has for the art form. To learn from him and the other coaches, is a great experience and opportunity. If you’re looking for a place to get a great work out, train in striking, and BJJ, this is one of the best places around. We are all here to learn and grow, come join us!
Best decision I made for my son. Coach Anthony is an excellent teacher. The environment feels like a family. My son has learned a lot and I can’t wait to continue to see his growth. Thank you to the whole team.
Joining Art of Movement has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Coach Anthony Terrell is not just an amazing coach, he truly cares about every student and pushes us to be our best on and off the mats. I’ve learned so much from him and improved more than I ever thought I could. The whole team here is like a family, everyone supports and motivates each other every day. The energy, the discipline, and the lessons I’ve gained from training here have changed my life in the best way. I’m beyond grateful to be part of this school, and I can’t wait to continue growing and becoming the best version of myself. Whether you’re looking for a place for your kids or for yourself, I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to make a real change in their life.
I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony last week, and if his energy doesn’t instantly lift you up, you’re missing out! His space is bright, clean, and welcoming, with tons of options for both kids and adults. I’m really grateful to have a small business like this in our community to enjoy and support.
What a great Facility. The Staff is excellent the programs are top notch. I highly recommend the Art of Movement if any of your children are being bullied in school. AOM will build their confidence and give them real life skills that can get them out of difficult situations.
